Abstract:Nanocellose-basddye(ND)waspreparedbyiomechanicalmethodusingbleachedsoftwoodpulpasrawmaterial.Thedyeing performanceofNDonpaperasinvestigatedFurtermorethinfluenceofNDadditionamountonthechromatiyvaluesofpaperasanalyzed,andapredictivemodelfodyeingectsasestablisdTeresultsshowedthathepreparedNDwithadiameterofaproiately 10~25nandcouldbeuniforlydispersedinwater.Paperdyedviaitealsizingexhibiteduniformcolor,andNDintewastewatersettled naturallyafter 15hof standing.After being rubbed1OOO times with a10Nforce,thecolor difference( ΔE ) of the dyed paper was 0.54. The prediction model achieved the R2 of 0.997 ,enabling it to accurately predict the impact of different additive amounts on the chromaticity values of paper.
