Abstract：OjectiTexplorethftfompreesieursingintervetioninmodialyisusigoflderlyatintswitoal failure.MethosAotaloflderlyatintsithocalflureoecemodalysisiSaglioutyoplesospialfroJ 2022toDeceber3wereselectednddividdintosdyop（n）andotrolgou（33）odingtoadoumberableode controlgroupwastreatedwithroutinenusinginterventionandthestudygoupwastreatedwithomprehensiveursinginterventionhe psycologicalt function，alallialitaldalll aneurysmteerbosding）eagilideeaeilalysoee responsilityerecomparedetenteogrousResultseAsore，USoredHAsoofthetogrouesigee lowerthantosforusigndpaditheotroouthoe，USodAoeusigftou were lower（ P<0.05 ）.Thescoresofeachdimensionofqualityoflifeafternursinginthetwogroupswerehigherthanthosebeforenursing，and comparedwiththecontrol group，thescoresofeachdimensionofqualityoflifeafternursing inthestudygroupwere higher（ P<0.05） .The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.The scores of each dimension of self-management ability after nursinginthetwogroupswerehigherthanthosebforeursingandomparedwiththecontrolgroup，thescoresofeachdimensioofself managementabilityeursinginttdyoupereiger（O.O5）.Conusioneplicatioofompreensiveursinginteetio emodialysissioalicoalaedalof improve the self-management ability of patients，and reduce the incidence of complications.

慢性肾功能衰竭（chronicrenalfailure）是一种多种原因引起的慢性肾病，表现为肾功能逐渐丧失，最后发展成尿毒症，危害人类健康。（剩余6399字）
