Abstract：ObjectiveToexplorethenicalectofanqinoralliqudombinedwithKaioujansprayinthereatmentofhandfotouth diseaseanditatoctoseogobbdeiadfot receivedbyLanuaCountyMatealandCildHalthHspitalfromauary2toDecemerO3weredividedintocontrooup（3Oildren） andstudygrouOdn）eotoloareatedithnqoalliqidlondtudoupastreateditnalqd andKaioujansayeapeticfcalstomissoe（feerresiotieasisapearaetieap impoveentee）cocieoidltdc were compared between the two groups.Results The total effctive rate of treatment in the study group （96.67 % ）was higher than that in the control group （73.33 % ）（P0.05）.Thfevergresiontie，ashisaaranetiralherpsiprovemnttieandtotalouseofdseaseinthetudy group were shorter than those in the control group （ P< 0.05）.The study group had lower CRP and WBC levelsafter treatment than those in the control group P<0.05） .The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05） .Conclusion Lanqin oral liquidcombidiofiialtinreatfadfouthiciel clinical symptoms suchas oral herpes，fever and rash，reduce the inflammatory response，and has high safety.
