Effect of Budesonide，Glycopyrronium Bromide and FormoterolFumarate Inhalation Aerosol Combined with Acetylcysteine Effervescent Tablets on Pulmonary Functionand Serum PCT，hs-CRPLevels in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

ADstract：UpJecuveostudyteectoludesodeglyopyoumromdeandtoroteroltumaratealatonerosolombedwith acetyleysteinefervesntabsopulmouctiodeuCdsevelsinatintsrostructiepuoises MethodsAtotalof6OpatientswithoicotructivepulmoarydiseasedmitetoHangasiHspitalofYushanCountyfroJaaryto January2O4wereselectedasteeseachectsAccodingtothedomumbertableethod，tyredivideditootrolgoudstdy group，with3atitsichopeontrolostreateditdesodelyooodedfoteolfuaatel erosolandodieblsisoal （coughs procalcitoec）iai firstsecond（FEV）dialapacit（FVC）FEVFVCaepiatolo（PEF），aiudexpratoro（Fe betweenthetwogroups.ResultsThetotalefectiverateoftreatmentinthestudygroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup（ P<0.05 ）.The symptom regression time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group （ P< 0.05）.After treatment，thelevel of inflammatoryfactors in the studygroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup，thelunfunctionindexofthestudygroupwasbeterthanthatofthecontrolgroup（ P⋅ <0.05）. Conclusionecalfacydeodglyoboddfoteolfumaateialatiooledihetyte efervescentabletsinthetreatmentofpatientsithchonicostructivepulonarydiseaseisefinitehichcanshortentetieofstom regression，reduce the level of inflammatory indicators，and improve the lung function.
