Abstract：Obetiealythofodfdniaoctioinhtreaetofetalertesiondise serum Hcy and |32 -microglobulinlevels.MethodsSixtypatientswithesentialhypertensiondiagnosedandtreatedinJi'anCountyHospitalof TraditionalChneseMediciefromMachtoMarch24eredividedintocontroloup（3Opatients）andservationgoup（3Otits）by usingthrandoerbtodeatitsinoeadietoaltitsito groupwertreaedwithiazucoctiononissishecalectlodresurelvelmocsenHy）， Δβ2- （20 microglobulin （ β2 -MG）level，TCMsydromesoreandincidenceofdversereactionswerecomparedbetweenthetwogoupsResultsComparedwith （20 80.00% ofthetotaltieateoftreaetiooupttotalieateoftreaetieatioopsi for93.33 % （P0.05）.Compaedihefoereaent，tesiclodpressureddastoliclodpresseoftetwogopsereesedter treatmentandompredwitheotrolgroup，tesstolicloodprsurendstoliclodpresueoftesevatiogouelwe P< 0.05）. Compared with before treatment，the serum Hcy and β2 -MG of the two groups were decreased after treatment，and compared with the control group， the above indexes of the observation group were lower（ P <0.05）.Compared with before treatment，the scores of headache，vertigo，chest tightness， vomitingndsuaiiosdatdadotoiio were lower （ P<0.05） Compared with theincidence of adversereactions in thecontrol group，the observation group wasbasically the same（ P>0.05） ： Conclusiondieeresio reducing blood pressre，improving metabolicindexesand relieving clinical symptoms，and with good safety.
