Efficacy of Ultrasound-Guided Intracarpal Steroid Injection Combined with Median Nerve HydrodissectionforMildtoModerateCarpal TunnelSyndrome

Abstract：ObetieTplofcofrasoddedtracaaledeoodithdaeroiseoid tomoderatecapaltuelsynroeCTS）.MethodsAtotalof6patintsithldtooderatecarpaltuelsdroehoetoospial fromJuly2teeeedddtobseaiondtolottf observationseeditracardeodirodeoiletroo withintracaealo andmedianetteaedesulsa two groups at1，3 and 6 months after treatment were lower than those before treatment（ P<0.05 ，and SCVwas higher than thatbefore treatment（ P< 0.05）.After3and6monthsoftreatment，S，FndDMLintheoservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolroup（ P< 0.05），SCVwas higher than that in the control group （ P<0.05） ，and CSA in the observation group was lowerthan that in the control group after 6 months of treatment （PO.05）.osioedacadesieieatoflerateCde median nerve hydrodissection is more effective than single steroid injection.
