Abstract：Oeiesterapetitofoalyialfsesesitits anditseectonomplicatiosandeumIL-6ndtevelsMethodsAotalf62patientsihadmitdtoLe'aCountyHospialof TraditionalCineseedicieinJagiProvcefrouarteeer3ereseleedstseachetndyiided intostudygroup（n=3l）andcontrolgoup（n=31）ordingtotheadmumbetablemetodTecontrolgoupastreatedwithtadioal incisionrgddiallac （totii complicatiosoasoalese [serum interleukin-6 （IL-6）， C reactive protein （CRP），tumor necrosis factor- α （TNF- ∇⋅α∝ ），procalcitonin （PCT）] were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effectiverate of treatment in thestudy group was higher than that in the control group（ P- <0.05）.The intraoperative blood loss， operationtiecisionlengthostopativeactittiedtoperatieospitalizatiotioftesudygoperelowertantoeofthe control group（ P<0.05 ）.Theincidence of complicationsin the study group was lower than thatin the control group（ P<0.05） .The levels of serum inflammatorctosineoousferreamnteigetntoeforetreatndthevelsfatoctoit study group were lower than those in the control group P<0.05） .Conclusion Abdominal hernia surgery with small incision of transverse lines hasa defiitelinicaltitfthealaoesoptieu complications，and reduce the inflammatory response of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
