Abstract：ObjectieTexloeefacyfquadupletrapombditWeisugraulesithtreatentofoctroicstisds effectontoctosdstroesialosedsgorblethso atrophicgastrisreceivedyancengCoutyeoplesHospitalfroJnetoJne223weredividedintostudygroup（31patintsada controlgoupts）losratediadpleaoedies granulenssfooalacyatoctoeelscioe ∇⋅α∝ （TNF- αα∝ ），interleues （constipationdoalootidd the control group，the total effective rate of the study group was higher（ P<0.05） .Compared with before treatment，the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were decreased after treatment（ P< 0.05），and compared with the control group，the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the study group were lower（ P<0.05） .Compared with before treatment，the levels ofGASand CCK in thetwo groups weredecreased after treatment，and the level of MTL was increased （ P< 0.05），whilecomparedwiththecontrol group，thelevelsofGASandCCKinthestudygroup werelower，while the level ofMTLwashigher（ P <0.05）.Compared with thecontrol group，the incidence of adversereactions in the studygroupwaslower（ P <0.05）. Conclusion Quadruple therapy + Weisugranuleshasadefiniteclinical effect inthe treatment of chronicatrophicgastritis，which canreduce the inflammatoryreactionofpatients，efectivelyregulate thelevelof gastrointestinal hormones，andhashighsafety.

慢性萎缩性胃炎（chronic atrophic gastritis）是主要以胃黏膜及腺体萎缩和数量缩减为主要表现，胃黏膜的厚度下降，黏膜基层厚度提升，也可存在肠腺化生及幽门腺化生的表现，也有不典型增生为主要特征的慢性消化系统疾病。（剩余5897字）
