Abstract：Oeidesddatsalriotesialeai inShaanxiProveMethdssdotteeteyasodctedotlevantiatiofhospitalfectioalityotroltet themunicipalndsrictoutllsiairovicesultsofaaiProvedtabsdipaleosial infectionqualtotrolentesnd98strictdoutyevelositalifetioalitotolntewitndualitolte receivingspecialfundsachearndolyoeunicipallevelqalityotrolentersquipedwithfulltiepersoel.Intefitor setingmostoftererOdttiallevenotofteetendaodrdo levels.Their majors were mainly nursing,with senior professional titles at the municipal level,while 20.41% of them were intermediate or below at the district and county levels.In terms of setting up deputy directors,59.38 % of the municipal level students came from the Guanzhong region,and there wasa statistically significant difference in age distribution among different regions( P
