Abstract:ObjetieTudytetetiosultsicalpatosinatitsiyalulimlaeditfectoMetoa of321patientswithurinaryalculicomplicatedwithifectiondagosedandtreatedinourospitalfromJanuaryO21toDecember2ere selectedstheresearchjectsAllpatientsunderwentmidstreamurinecultureTeresultsofpathogendetectionerebseedTetypsof pathogenicacteiaaloplatedietgctettsifal thedrugresistanceofmainpathogenicbacteriawereanalydResultsTotall31transerecuredfrom321patientswithuiarycaluli complicated with infection,gram-negativebacili were the main pathogens (193 strains),accounting for 60.12% .There was no significant difference in the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria during 2O21-2023( P>0.05 ).There was no significant difference in the types of pathogenic bacteria in patients with diferent diameters and sites of urinary calculi complicated with infection( P>0.05 ),while the proportion of gram-negative bacteriain patientswitheuentuiayalculicomplicatedwitifeioasghertantatinatitswitoutuiayalculiomplicatedwithfectio 0 P
