香砂六君子汤加减联合间苯三酚治疗中老年痉挛性腹痛的临床效果及对VAS评分的影响

Abstract：ObetiealhlicaltfodagaLujuioctiocobditorogluinhtreass abdominalpaininmidegedndederlypatientsnditsifuenceonVSsoeMethodsAtotalof6dlegeddederlypatintsih spasticabdomnalpainoeredmitedtoonganHospitalofTraditioalCineseMediciefroMay2toAprilO4wereselectedte researchetscoigtodoerbleedteidtootoloduyopitatitsichop Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithanisodamine，andthestudygroupwastreatedwithmodifiedXiangshaLujunzidecoctioncombinedwith phloroglucinolcalfacAetsediaboalieveoeddf adverseactiosai inthestudygroupashertantatineooop（OO）AftertreamentteVSsoefesudygoupasowerthaatfe control group（ P<0.05 ）.The TCM symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group（ <0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05） .Conclusion Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with phlorogluciolsfatinmetfasicoalidgddlyitsn degree，improve the clinical symptoms，and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
