Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Moxibustion Therapy Combined with Progesterone on Serum FSH，P and LHLevels in Patients with Anovulatory Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

Abstract：ObectieTivestigatetheftofraditioalCineseicieoibustioombindithprogesterond levelsnpatintsiolatorbalutebdingMetdAotaloftitsioatooaluternbg LichuanCountyspitalofTadiioalnseedicefroApriltoebruar24eseleedstheachecodo randomnumbertablemetod，teyweredvidedintocontrolgoupndstudyoupwith34patientsinchgoup.Thontrolgrouastreated withprogesteronndtheudygopastreatedwithtraditioalChinesemedicieoxibustionthrapyontheasisoftheotrolgouphe theapeuti （bledingod betweethetwogroups.ResultsThetotalfectiverateoftreatmentinthestudygroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup（ P- <0.05）.After treatment，thelevelsofseoostogrouelowrtanosortreantndhevelsofeosindyoere lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.The bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group （ P< 0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions inthe study group waslower than that inthe control group（ P< 0.05）.Conclusion The clicaleficacyoftraditioalChinsemediinemoxibustiothrayombieditprogesteroneintetreatmentofpatientsiaolato abnoralterinebledingisfiiteItcamproetheooneevelofatints，ortenthbledingcotrolieadcompleteotasi time，andhas high safety.

无排卵型异常子宫出血（anovulatoryabnormaluterinebleeding）是临床上较为常见的妇科疾病，主要表现为月经周期和经量严重异常，可能表现为持续性少量子宫内膜出血，同时也可能出现一次性大出血，严重时可能导致不孕不育，甚至危及生命。（剩余5797字）
