Abstract：ObjectieToaaleteiagosticalueofbloodoutinedigsesitivityreactiveproteinidrenithroooa MethodsAtotalof33childrenwithbochopemoaadmitedtohanggaoCountyPeoplesHspitalfromAugust21toAugustee selectedastheatiod3albesideeeedsoatiofelo routineadsiicioioosddddii alonandcobdetiosaldResultseigsesitivieciproteiitelodcellount（WBCndeutrolotin theobservatioeaeioolo）.aostaciydsiiiysi reactive protein were 68.18 % ，60.61 % and 66.67% ，respectively;the accuracy，specificity and sensitivity of blood routine diagnosis were 63.64 % ， 60.61% and 63.64 % ，respectively;the accuracy，specificity and sensitivity of combined detection were 98.48% ，96.67%and 96.67% ，respectively; thus，thediagnosticaccuracy，specificityandsensitivityofcombineddetectionwerehigherthanthoseofsingledetection（ P< 0.05）.Conclusion In the clicadsioodic detectionoftetocanfurterimprovethdagosticacuacyndprovideanimportantbasisfodiseasedagnosisandrogosisealuatio
