Abstract：ObjectiveToobservetheclinicalefcacyofCushiZhiyangointmentcombinedwithXingpiYang'ergraulesinthetreatentof infantileeczihspleeefcdmpesscclatioditstoe28ndevelsetdl toJune2024，8drewithofspleeneficecyndampsscclatiotyditedtingoHospitalAftetan MedicalUniversieseletedsteseachectsTeedviddintoontrolgoun=43）ndservatioo4）odgtoe randomnumbertablemethod.TheontrolgoupwastreatedwithroutinetreatmentandthebservationgroupwastreatedwithChushiZiang ointmentcombidwitingiYngerausotsisfoutinetreatmntTlicalfacicalsptoosashh plog） （TNF）]ndiDdolieea higherthanthatoftheotrolgoupP）Aftertreamentthicalsmptomsosofteevatiogrouereerthanoeofth control group P<0.05 .Thelevelsof inflammatory factorsintheobservationgroup werelower than thoseinthecontrol group（ P<0.05 ）.Thelevelsof CD 3+ andCD4 in the observationgroup were lower than those in the control group，while the level of CD8 + was lower than thatin the control group （P0.05）.ConsioneoieduseofZsuiZangentandingiYangergraesforeatidampsacculatdain childrenwithspleecemostratesalcacyprovinsptosucingiaationdaingiutio warranting further clinical application.
