Abstract：OetieTvestgateetofefocoedwicaboeintreaeoftyabeeselsndietn serum TNF- α andIL-10.MethodsAcordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod，6Opatientswithtype2diabetesadmitedtoDingnanCounty FirstPeoplesHospitalfroJuary2toDecembereredividedntoudgoup（Opatients）ndcotrolgoup（Opatints）Thtol groupwastreateithetfoindrocloidetabletsndtdyouastreatedihcarboeotesiofthotrolgouplal eficacy HDL-C），inflammatory factor indexes （CRP，IL-1O，TNF- ∇⋅α∝ ）were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group （96.67 % ）washigher than thatin thecontrol group（73.33 % ）（P<0.O5）.Compared with theblood glucose index，bloodlipid index and inflaatocoftessdalooyeg LDL-C， CRP and TNF- ∇⋅α∝ in the study group were lower after treatment，while the levels of IL-1O，HDL-C were higher （ P< 0.05）.Conclusion Metformin combinedwithcarbstireaeoftabeeselapotoduoeldlo level，reduce the inflammatory response.It is worthy of clinical application.
