Comparedwithteotolgoup，thbsevationgoupshowdhigerscorsofipleareolacisionsarigmentatioandeastspe P<0.05） ： Asignificantly lower complication incidence was observed in the intervention group （9.09 % ） versus the control group （21.21 % ） （P<0.05）.Compared with thecontrolgroup，theobservationgroupshowedlowertheVASscoreoftheobservationgroupat6，12and24haftersurgery（ P< （0.05）.Asignificantly higheraesthetic satisfactionwas observed in the intervention group （93.94 % ）versusthecontrol group（84.85 % 0 P< 0.05）.Conclusion Minimallyinvasive breastrotaislits operationisallailenuceideeofmpatiosdmpesictifctioIlaieldalal application value.
