Clinical Effectof Quinolones Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Chronic ObstructivePulmonary Disease and its Effect on Pulmonary VentilationFunction

Abstract：ObectiveTexplorethelinicaleetofoloescombinedwithmbroolhdrochloideintetreatmentofocstructie pulmonarydiseaseanditsfetonpulmoaryventlationfunctionMetodsAtotalof68atientswithhronicbstructiepulmoarydisease admitedtoLepiHspitalofTaditioalCieseedicfroJaarytJnewereeletedstsechectsThdiided intocontrolgoupndstudygoupbyandmumbertablemetod，with34patientsinachgoup.econtrolgoupastreatedihnolos levofloxacidadildesisfoal relief（disa chestightedsofathoailcdialpidaoo （FEV）atioaddiiaao indicators [C-reactive protein （CRP），tumor necrosis factor- αα∝α （TNF- ∝ ），interleukin-1O（IL-1O）]，incidence of adverse reactions （nausea，vomiting，skin itchngi groupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup（O.O5）.Thesymptomrelief ieofthestudygroupwasshorterthanthatofthecontrolgoup（ P< （2 0.05）.Aftertreatment，thepulmonaryventilation functionofthestudygroupwasbeterthan thatof thecontrol group（ P <0.05）.The levels of inflammatory indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group wasloweranthatineotrolouO）Cocusiounolosombidithbooldrochoidsefiniliicalett treatmentofchronicbstructivepulmonarydiseasewhichcanimproveclinicalsptoms，improvepulmoaryventilationfuctioeduce inflammatory response，and has high safety.Itisworthyof clinical application.
