大学生手机依赖对认知失败的影响:错失焦虑的中介与负面情绪的调节作用
——以对吉林师范大学的问卷调查为例

The Impact of Smartphone Dependence on Cognitive Failure in College Students: The Mediating Role of Fear of Missing Out and the Moderating Role of Negative Emotions

Abstract:Thisstudyinvestigatestheimpactofsmartphonedependenceoncognitivfailureamong2,O24undergraduatestudentstJi linNormalUniversityfocusingonthemeditingroleoffearofmisingout(FoMO)andthemoderatingroleofnegativeemotionsData werecollectedthroughquestionairesusingtheSmartphone DependencyIndex,FoMOScale,CogniveFailureScale,andDepression Anxiety -, StressSelf-ReportScale.Resultsshowasignificantpositivecorelationbetweensmartphonedependenceandcognitivefailure( β= 0.85),with FoMO partially mediating this relationship ( 19.23% mediation efect).Negative emotions significantly moderated the association ( β=-0.01 ),weakening thedetrimental impactofFoMOunder high distress.Subgroupanalysesrevealed stronger efectsamong femalestudents,arts,sports,andmusicmajors,andjuniors.TefindingssugestthatniversitiesshouldtailorinterventionstargetingF MOandemotioalregulatiotomtigatecogntiveimpaimentcausedbysmartphoneoveruseoferingempiricalsupportformentalhalth education of college students in the digital age.
