Abstract:Focusingontheinfuence mechanismofcollgeanduniversitycounselors’hearttoeartalksefectiveness,amultiden sionalanalysisfameworkwasonstructedbasdothemodelofig5personalityraitsUsingamixed-methodsapproachcombiingquestionnaire surveysand in-depth interviews,a stratified sample of 1,218 students from 7 colleges and universities in southern Jiangsu was surveyedResultsowdsigatdfrecsionesatiiessogouelorsitfetpersoalitritseta fectscommuatioitieeablssssgstiocptasesssusfluppmetatio cismrelatestoovesatiosabilitydoespromotsikingexpasiDtialalysislsvealedigiicantoee encediferencesregardingstudentgender,grade,andmajor.Basedontheempiricalfindings,twoimprovementpathsareproposd:first, implementingpesoalitdapatiostategisateidiiualouselorlevelfocusingoaningotioalanageetbild openthinkingthougheloitieent;scodstablsinpsoalitybitansatteersityagtleel, andbuilding asupportsystemencompasingcommunicationskillstraining,MBSRworkshops,andefectivenessfeedbacksystems.
