Abstract：Inthecontextofthepopularizationof globalsustainabledevelopmentconcepts，thesupplychainmanagementmodeof thedownproductsindustryisfacingchanges.Thisstudyprovidesanin-depth analysisofESGconceptsthatcoverthreedimensions ofenvironmental，socialandcorporategovernane，andarecloselyrelatedtovariousaspectsofdownproductsuplyhain management.Throughresearch，ithasbeen foundthatsuplychainmanagementinthisindustryfacesmultiplechalenges， includingenvironmental，social，andcorporategovernanceisues.Basedonthis，thepaperproposesoptimizationstrategiesfrom thedimensiosofvironmental，socialandorpoategoveance.Teesearchrsultsavecifiedthemechanismofoept insupplychainmanagement，providingpracticalguidanceforenterprises，helpingtoenhanceinustrycompetitivenessproote industrytransformationtowardsgreen，low-carbon，andsustainabledirections，andalsoprovidingreferenceforrelevantacademic research.
