Abstract:Atpresent,duetothelackofholisticdesignthinking,AGVsystemdesignreliesonexperience,whichcaneasily leadtothefolowingsituations:thedesignfailstofullymeettheneesoftheuser,andthedesignschemeismodifiedback andforth,resultingineducedeficiencyanddecreasedcompetitivenessofAGVproducts.Inresponsetotisseriesofissues, thisarticlewillintroducemodel-basedsystemsenginering(MBSE)intothedesignofAGVsystems.Takingtheliftparking AGVasanexample,themodelisanalyzedfromfourdimensionsaccording toArcadia ModelingMethod,nmelyoperationanalysis, systemanalysis,logicalarchitecture,andphysicalarchitecture.TheresultsindicatethattheMBSEmethodissuitableforGV systemdesign.Itcanthoroughlyanalyzecustomerneedsandpotentialproblemsintheearlystages,proposecorrespondingsolutions, andreduce decisionrisks.TheestablishedMBSE modelcan also provide templatesforrapiddesignof similar AGVsystems, achieve rapid design of AGV products,and improve the competitiveness of AGV products.
