Abstract：Therapiddevelopmentofthenewenergyvehicleindustrynotonlyafectsthebusiness modelandmarketstrategyof newenergyvehicleenterprises，butalsobringsmanyfinancialrisksandchallnges tonewenergyvehicleenterprises.With theintensificationofmarketcompetition，manynewenergyvehiclecompaniesarefacinghigherlevelsofdebt，follwedby increasingfinancialrisks.ThepurposeofthisarticleistostudythemainfinancialrisksfacedbyCompanyZanddiscusshow to reduce them by optimizing financial management.
