Abstract：High-qualitydevelopment（HQD）isonecrucialideologyofthe14thFive-YearPlan，whichaccountsforthepractical significanceofanalyzingtherelationshipbetweenmanufacturingandproducerservicesthatderivedfromthemanufacturing.This paperstartsbyemployingaddedvalueratesofintermediateproductsofexport，combining withstepwiseregression，Sobeltest andBotstraptest，folowedbyconsideringthetechnicalcomplexityasthemediatingvariableandaplyingcontrolvariablesto modelingtoanalyzetheinfluenceofrelevantfactorsthroughmediatingefectanalysis.Theresultsindicatesthatthedirectffect of manufacturingismoresignificantthanthemediatingefectofthetechnicalcomplexityonproducerservices，sugestigimperfectionsof themeasureofthetechnicalcomplexity.Basedontheresearch，thispaperadvocatesthatChinashouldutliethe opportunityofthesignedRegionalComprehensiveEconomicPartnership（RCEP），strengthencooperationwithcountriesofthe regionalvaluechain，enhancethelevelofinformatizationandimprovemarketdevelopmentofthefinancialindustrywhichcould achieve space for development of domestic alternative enterprises.
