Abstract：Zhejiangisabigagriculturalprovince，agriculturalproductsplayanimportantrolein China'sexporttrade，butaffectedbytheregulationoftechnicalbarierstotrade，itsexportsufferedagreatimpactandseriouseconomiclosses.Therefore，indepthanalysisoftheimpactofthebarierontheexportofagriculturalproductsinZhejiangisconduciveforZhejiangagriculturalproductsexportenterprisestoplaninadvance，formulatecountermeasures，minimizerestrictions，andpromotethesustainable andhealthydevelopmentofChina'sagriculturalproductsexporttrade.Therefore，onthebasisofreviewingtheexistingresearch results，thispaperintends tofirstdiscussthe developmentandexporttradestatusof Zhejiangagriculturalproductsandtherestrictionsoftechnicalbarrerstotrade，andthendeeplyanalyzethepositiveandnegatieimpactsoftechnicalbarierstotrade onit.Finallcountermeasuresareproposedfromthethreelevelsofgoverment，industryassciationsandenterprisestoiproe the international market share of Zhejiang agricultural products，to improve the export structure.
