蔬菜中农药残留检测技术及质量控制策略研究
摘 要:本文介绍了蔬菜农药残留的危害和现行检测标准,重点讨论了农药残留检测技术,包括气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、气相色谱串联质谱法、高效液相色谱串联质谱法、酶抑制法、免疫分析法和生物传感器法,并提出了强化蔬菜农药残留检测的质量控制策略,以期为农药残留检测工作的开展提供参考。

Abstract: This article introduces the hazards of vegetable pesticide residues and current detection standards, focuses on discussing pesticide residue detection technologies, including gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, enzyme inhibition, immunoassay and biosensor methods, and puts forward the quality control strategy of strengthening vegetable pesticide residue detection, hoping to provide reference for the work of pesticide residue detection.
