微生物污染对乳制品安全的影响及防控措施研究
摘 要:我国是乳制品生产和消费大国,加强乳制品安全管理不但能促进乳制品行业健康发展,而且事关人们的身体健康和生命安全。本文分析了乳制品微生物污染的来源、类型以及微生物污染对乳制品安全的影响,并提出乳制品微生物污染的防控措施,为乳制品行业的健康发展提供理论支持。

Abstract: China is a major producer and consumer of dairy products. Strengthening the safety management of dairy products can not only promote the healthy development of the dairy industry, but also affect the health and life safety of the people. This paper analyzes the sources and types of microbial contamination of dairy products and the influence of microbial contamination on the safety of dairy products, and puts forward the prevention and control measures to provide theoretical support for the healthy development of dairy industry.
