高校食堂推行“6T”管理法难点研究
摘 要:高校食堂食品卫生安全是全社会关注的焦点。本文基于汕尾职业技术学院翠园食堂在推行“6T”管理法过程中出现的问题,对高校食堂存在共性问题进行深入分析,并提出相应的对策和建议,以期为“6T”管理在高校食堂的推行提供借鉴。

Abstract: The food hygiene and safety in college canteens is the focus of the whole society. Based on the problems in each stage of the implementation of “6T” management in Cuiyuan canteen of Shanwei Vocational and Technical College, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the common difficulties of college canteens, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide reference for the implementation of “6T” management in college canteens.
