摘 要：本文对2022—2024年陕西省宝鸡市元旦、春节期间食用农产品的监督抽检相关数据进行汇总分析，掌握双节期间食用农产品总体安全情况，并针对双节期间食用农产品抽检中存在的主要问题提出改善对策，以保障人们“舌尖上的安全”。

Abstract： This paper summarizes and analyzes the data related to supervision and sampling of edible agricultural products during the New Year and Spring Festival period in Baoji city ， Shaanxi province from 2022 to 2024， graspes the overall safety situation of edible agricultural products during the double festival period， and proposes improvement measures to the main problems existing in the sampling inspection of edible agricultural products during the double festival period， so as to ensure people’s “safety on the tip of their tongue”.
