猕猴桃采后保鲜贮存技术研究综述

摘 要:农业高质量发展是实现乡村振兴的必由之路。猕猴桃又是水果界的“维C之王”,是受广大消费者青睐的重要水果之一,其采后保鲜技术是广大猕猴桃果农和专家学者的研究热点。本文从猕猴桃采后生物保鲜处理、物理保鲜处理、化学保鲜处理3个方面进行系统阐述,以期为猕猴桃采后保鲜提供理论参考。

Abstract: High-quality agricultural development is the only way to realize rural revitalization. Kiwi fruit industry is the “king of vitamin C”, is favored by the majority of consumers one of the important fruits, its postharvest preservation technology is the majority of kiwi fruit farmers and experts and scholars hot focus. In this paper, the biological preservation treatment, physical preservation treatment and chemical preservation treatment of postharvest kiwi fruit were systematically elaborated, in order to provide theoretical reference for postharvest preservation of kiwi fruit.
