浅谈乡镇食品安全监管部门监管力量的不足与对策

摘 要：当前我国食品安全监管力量主要集中在城区，乡镇地区监管力量仍较为薄弱，食品安全事件频发，保障乡村食品安全成为一个亟待解决的重大课题。本文以江西省赣州市石城县为研究对象，分析乡镇食品安全监管部门监管力量的不足，提出相应对策，为完善我国乡镇食品安全监管提供参考。

On the Shortage of Supervision Power of Township Food Safety Supervision Department and Countermeasures

Abstract： At present， the food safety supervision force in China is mainly concentrated in urban areas， and the supervision force in towns and townships areas is still relatively weak. Food safety incidents occur frequently， and ensuring rural food safety has become a major issue that needs to be urgently solved. This paper takes Shicheng County， Ganzhou City， Jiangxi Province as the research object， analyzes the shortage of the supervision power of the township food safety supervision department， and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for improving the township food safety supervision in China.

党的十九大报告提出的实施食品安全战略，党的二十大报告提出的强化食品药品安全监管以及《中共中央 国务院关于做好2023年全面推进乡村振兴重点工作的意见》提出的加大食品安全、农产品质量安全监管力度，均对乡镇食品安全监管提出了更高的要求，因此探讨提升乡镇食品安全监管部门的监管力度意义重大。（剩余4096字）
