高效液相色谱法测定柑桔蜜饯胭脂红的不确定度

摘 要:本文采用高效液相色谱法,测定柑桔蜜饯中胭脂红含量,通过构建数学模型,统计分析引起检验结果偏差的主要因素来源,计算出测定柑桔蜜饯中胭脂红含量的不确定度。结果表明,在95%置信区间下,柑桔蜜饯中胭脂红含量的测定结果为0.091 g·kg-1,扩展不确定度为0.003 g·kg-1(k=2)。

Uncertainty in the Determination of Carmine in Citrus Candied Fruits by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract: This article uses high-performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of carmine in citrus candied fruits. By constructing a mathematical model and statistically analyzing the main factors that cause deviation in the test results, the uncertainty of carmine content in citrus candied fruits is calculated. The results indicate that at a 95% confidence interval, the determination result of carmine content in citrus candied fruits was

0.091 g·kg-1, with an expanded uncertainty of 0.003 g·kg-1 (k=2).
