Thinking about the Methods of Food Safety Supervision of Catering Under the Market Supervision System

Abstract： This paper addresses the problems and challenges of restaurant food safety supervision under the market supervision system， and proposes a series of effective supervision methods such as strengthening enterprise self-regulation and responsibility， using information technology to enhance the effectiveness of supervision， and strengthening supervision and enforcement， which can help improve the level of supervision and protect the health rights of consumers， as well as promote the healthy development of the restaurant food industry in China.
