粮油检验工作中几种简易方法分析

摘 要：本文以粮油检验为落脚点，阐述了粮油检验的意义，包括为人们的食品安全提供保护、保证粮油储备安全可靠等，分析了粮油检验方法，内容主要涉及快速判断粮油是否掺伪、通过染色检验大米精度等方面，并对提高粮油检验效率的策略进行了总结，供相关人员参考。

Analysis of Several Simple Methods in Grain and Oil Inspection

Abstract： Taking grain and oil inspection as the foothold， this paper expounds the significance of grain and oil inspection， including providing protection for people’s food safety， ensuring the safety and reliability of grain and oil reserves， and analyzes the methods of grain and oil inspection， which mainly involve the quick determination of whether grain and oil are adulterated， the inspection of rice precision through dyeing， and so on. Finally， the strategies to improve the efficiency of grain and oil inspection are summarized for the reference of relevant personnel.
