气相色谱技术及在粮油食品检测中的应用

摘 要:粮油食品作为民生物资中的重要组成部分,其品质直接关系到人们的身体健康。气相色谱技术具有较高的灵敏度,目前已被广泛应用于食品分析检测中。本文对气相色谱技术以及气相色谱在粮油食品检测中的应用进行分析,为以后粮油食品检测提供参考。

Abstract: Grain, oil and food as an important part of the people's biological resources, its quality is directly related to people's health. Gas chromatography has been widely used in food analysis because of its high sensitivity. In this paper, the gas chromatography technology and the application of gas chromatography in the detection of Cereals, Oils and foods are analyzed, which provides a reference for the detection of Cereals, Oils and foods in the future.
