《伤寒杂病论》“结”之新辨

Abstract：Jie Syndrome in Treatiseon ColdandMiscelaneous Diseases isacommon disease in the process of diagnosingang treatmentbyZhangzhongjing，whichincludingYangConstipation、yinconstipation、Dirtyknot、syndromeduetoaumulationof evil inchest、PiSyndrome.Besides，JieSyndromealsoappearedaspathogen，suchas Heatretention、Coldretention、Qistagnation， BloodbindingctThisarticlesortedandanalyedseveralaspectsonsistingCauseofoset、Symptomconditions、Developetof the disease、ProcessofDiagnosisandtreatment，thensumupclinical thoughtswhen ZhongjingtreatedJiesyndromefromtheperspectiveof YinandYang，Zang organs andFuorgansandsixchannels.InTreatiseon Coldand Miscelaneous Diseases，theauthordivideyiand yangbysymptomsandpulses；discusstheZangandFuorgansbycoldangheat，deficiencyandexcessandpathology；treatisesix channels bypathogenesis，methodsof reatment.Moreover，ZhangzhongjingoftentreatedtheJie（结）syndromeaccordingtoetiolo gypathogenesismethodprescription，whichishelpfulforthefomationofthecomplesystemthatisofhighreferencevalutinical practice today.
