Abstract：Thisarticleisgudedbythetheoryofthe“FourMedicalClasscs”andintroduestheconcept，theoreticalfoundation， clasification，haracteristics，ndapliationsofZangmdicinconstutonTrouhliteraturesach，19pperscloselyelatedto Zang medicineconstitution wereretrievedfrom CNKI，Wanfang，and VIPdatabases under thethemeof“Zang medicineconstitution”. Theabove papers wereanalyzed，summarized，andconcudedthatmodernresearchon Zang medicineconstutionhasachievedcertain resultsaftermorethn2years，uttereisstilledtotrengthntereferenceandleangoftraditioalCinesemedicecostitutionresearchIisproposedtattheresearchonZangmedicineconstitutionneedstostrengthentheconstructionofresearchteams， implementinterdisciplinaryconstruction，exploretchnologicalinnovation，optiizersearchmetods，andeanceseviceapabilities.
