医院制剂彝温肾药酒质量标准提升研究

Abstract：Objective Toimprovethequalitystandards of Yiuenshen Medicinal Liquor.Methods Epimediflium inthe preparationwasidentifiedythethin-layerchromatography（TLC）.ThecontentofNystoseinthepreparationwasdeterminedbythehighperformanceliquidchromatography（HPLC），thechromatographiccolumnwithoctadecylsilanebondedslicagelasfiler，themobile phase was methanol-water（ 3：97 ，V/V），the flow rate was 0.4mL/min ，the detector was evaporative light scattering detector （ELSD），the column temperature was 30°C ，and the injection volume was 5μL .Results The TLC chromatograms of processed Epimedifoliumshowedgoodseparationandclearspots，andthenegativecontrolhasnointerference.Thelinearrangeof Nystosewas （2号 0.0550-0.5504mg/mL （ r=0.9986 ， n=6 ），RSDs of precisionand stability tests were all within 3.0% ，RSD of repeatability was （24 0.72% .The average recovery of Nystose was 95.33% with an RSD of 1. 35% （ n=6 ）.Conclusion The established method is accurateandreliable，specificandreproducible，whichcanbeusedfor thequalitycontrolof Yiwenshen Medicinal Liquor.
