Abstract：SanrenDecoction，aclassic formula whichisusualyused totreat Damp-Heat diseasesinchildren，iscreated by WuJutong，asholarofFebrilediseasesintheQingDynastyTheherbsofSanrenDecoctionismainlyusedfortreatingthelungsand spleen.Theeightherbsinthewholeformula mainlyfocusondispelingdampness，withheatclearingasasupplement，achieves the efectsof Xuan Shi，HuaShi，ShenShibyKai Shang，Chang Zhong，andShen Xia.ThePrescriptionideasof Sanren Decotionhas somecontactswiththcharacteristicsofpediatricdiseases，andissuitableforthtreatmentofDamp-Heatdiseasesinchildren，often with good therapeutic effects.
