Abstract：ObjectiveThisstudyaims tooptimizethemethodforestablishingthecontentofbaicalininXuanfei ZhikeGranules. Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent 5 TC - C18 type （ 250mm×4.6mm ，5 μm ），the mobile phase was methanol water phosphoric acid （47;53：0.2） ），the flow rate was 1.0mL⋅min-1 ，the column temperature was 30‰ ，and detection was performedata wavelengthof 230nm ，Result Baicalin showed good linearity withinthe range of 0.0140-0.5600μg （ R2=1 ），with an average recovery rate of 98.58% and RSD of 2.5% （ n=6 ），The average content of baicalin in Xuanfei Zhike Granules is 6.78mg⋅g-1 .Conclusion Thecontentdetermination methodoptimizedand established inthis studyisaccurate，reliable，and has good reproducibility，which can effectively characterize the quality of Xuanfei Zhike Granules.
