Abstract：Thispaperanalyzestheoriginof“Splen Being the Messenger”in HuangdiNeijing.Spleenwereanalyzedforthe lungs，spleenforheart，spleefoliver，spleekidneycootationoftraditionalChinesemedicine.Weilustratedtedevelopentof rheumatoidarthritisforfive-Zang-Bithepathogenesisofthemainpoints，thatinsuffciencyofthespleewithoverabundanceof dampnessastheimportantpathogenesisofrheumatoidarthritis，thespleenbenefitstomachisthecure.“SpleenBeing theMeeger” may provide important theoretical and clinical value for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis fromthe spleen.
