Abstract：ObjectiveToevaluatetheeficacyandsafetyofauricularpointstickingtherapyinthetreatmentofhypertension. MethodsRandomizedcontroledtrialsonauriculusacupointpressureinthetreatmentofhypertensionwerecolectedbycomputer searchingPubed，Webofience，Embase，CochaneLibraryKI，Wangfang，VIndCinesebiomedicalliteraturedabas fromtheestablsentofteatabasetoovember19，O24.Aftertoesearhrsdependentlyreeedliterature，etracteddata， andevaluatedtheriskofbiasintheincludedstudies，meta-analysis wasperformedusingRevMan5.4.1software.ResultsAtotalof 17literatures with1640patients wereincluded.Theresultsofmeta-analysisshowedthatauriclepointstickinghadasignificaeffect on patients with hypertension [ OR=3.53 ， 95% CI（2.65，4.72）， P<0.00001 ]，and systolic blood pressure decreased significantly ∂[∇MD=-9.21 ，95 % CI（-12.03，-6.39）， P<0.00001⌋ ，thediastolic blood pressure decreased significantly [MD= -6.48 ，95%CI（-9.18，-3.79）， P<0.00001 ，which helped to improve the TCM symptoms of patients ∂MD=∂-2.49 95% CI（−3.40，-1.59）， P<0.00001. ]，improve satisfaction[ OR=8.50 ， 95% CI（2.91，24.88）， P<0.00001 ]. ConclusionAuricularpointstickingtherapyisefectiveinthetreatmentofhypertension，canefectivelyreducebloodpressure，improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine，improve patient satisfaction，and has safety.
