Abstract：Basedon Zhu Danxi’srelated worksandsupplemented bymodern clinical research，this paper explorestheacademic thoughtofZhuDanxiintreatingstranguriabasedonsyndromediferentiation.ZhuDanxihasacomprehensivediscussionoftreating stranguriabasedosydromediferentiationHebelievesthatstranguriaiscausedbyhatWhat，smore，dficiencyofqi，deficiency of blood，stasisofbod，andobstructionofphlegm，allofichcanladtosagnationofqandthenstranguriisfatedAndac cording toclinicalsymptoms，tranguriacanbedividedintofivetypes.Therefore，histreatmentmethodsforstranguriaincludeclearing awayheat，smoohingurination，egulatingqi，skilfllyusingvomitingmethod，tracingthesourcendclassfying treamenthee lection of prescription and medication is also appropriate for each.
