补肾祛痰汤联合埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗38例疗效观察

Abstract：ObjectiveToexplore thetherapeutic eficacyof tonifying kidneyandexpelling phlegm decoctioncombined withembeddingthreadinthetreatmentofpolycysticovarysyndromecombinedwithisulinresstance.Methods8Opatientswithpolycysticovary syndromecombined withinsulinesistance wererandomlydivided intocontrol groupand experimental group.Thecontrolgroup wasgivenoral westernmedicines，andtheexperimentalgroupwasgivenembedingthreadtreatmentandtonifyingkidneyandexpcto rantdecoctiononthebasisof thetreatmentinthecontrolgroup.Symptoms，signs，biochemicalindexes，sexhormones，ultrasound indexesandotherchangesbeforeandaftertreatmentwerecomparedbetwenthe2groups.Results Themenstrualscore，Chinesemedicineevidencepoints，odymass index，waistcircumference，waist-hipatio，biochemicalindicators，hormonelevels，ultrasound indicators，bodycomposition，insulinresistanceindicatorsof tetwogroupsimprovedcomparedwiththepre-treatmentindicators（ P （ <0.05 ），and the experimental group was better than the control group （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion Kidney tonifying and expectorant decoctioncombinedwithembeddingthreadtherapycanefectivelyimprovethesymptomsandhormonelevelsofpolycysticovarysydrome combined with insulin resistance，and reduce body weight and body fat content.
