Abstract：Inclinicaltreatment，anxiety-relatedsleepdisorders haveproblemssuchasunstabletreatmentefectsandsignificant drugside-efects.TreatmentwithtraditionalChinesemedicieischaracterizedbyolisticregulationandmildoxicandsideffects. ThisarticlesummarizestheclinicalexperienceandideasofusingmodifiedDayuanYincombinedwithHuanglianEjiaoecoctioninthe treatmentofanxiety-relatedsleepdisorders，deeplyanalyzestheetiologyandpathogenesisofthisdisease，explorestheidications andtreatmentadvantagesofDayuanYincombinedwithHuanglianEjiaoDecoction，andrevealsitsclinicalapplicationpricipleiniprovinganxiety-relatedsleepdisorders.Thisresearchnotonlyprovidesvaluableclinical evidencebutalsoofersnewideasandmethods for the treatment of such disorders，which has important clinical promotion significance.
