陆氏针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例疗效观察

Abstract：Objective Toexplore themechanismand target pointsofLu’sacupunctureintreating lumbardisc herniation. MethodsThisstudyselected6Opatientswithlumbardischeriationwhoweretreatedinourhospitalrandomlydividedintotreatment groupandacontrolgroup，with3Ocasesineachgroup.ThetreatmentgroupreceivedLu’sacupuncturetherapy，while tecotrol groupunderwentconventionaldrugtherapy，withatreatmentcycleof4weks.Eficacywasevaluatedthroughsubjectivepainscores （VAS），lower limb functionscores（ODI），MRI/CTimaging assssments，and changes ininflammatoryfactors（（IL-6，TF- α ）. Results The VAS scores and ODI indices of the treatment group significantly decreased （ P<0.01 ）. MRI/CT imaging showed that the degree of disc herniation in the treatment group improved significantly，with an average reduction rate of 15.2% ，which was much higher than the 3.8% in the control group．Additionally，the levels of 1L-6 and TNF - α in the treatment group significantly decreased after treatment （ P<0.01 ），while no significant changes were observed in the control group. Conclusion Lu’s acupuncture therapycanetielyallvatepaimproeloerlibfuctionndebitsigiicantantiflammatoyectsintreatibar disc herniation.
