彝药紫苓痛风胶囊质量标准的研究

Abstract：ObjectiveToestablish thequalitystandardofYimedicine ZilingTongfengCapsulesand provideareference basis for thequalitycontroloftepreparationMethodsTheidentificationofberberinehdrochloridefromPelodendronandetradropapav erolinefromCorydalisyanhusuointhepreparationwascariedoutbythin-layerchromatographyThetestsforhavymetalsandarsenicsaltsmettequrements，Tecontenteterinatinoftotalalalods（calulatedaselodendrinehydroclode）intpreprationwaspeformedbyultraviolet-visiblespectrophotometry．Thereliabilityoftheresultswasprovedbymethodologicalvalidation andsamplerecoveryexperiments.ResultsThethin-layerchromatographyidentificationmethodwassimple，easytooperate，ighly specific，withclearspotsndgoodseparatioefect，andnointerferencefromthenegativecontrol.Theheavymetalinspetioneets therequirements.Theultraviolet-visiblespectrophotometryhadhighaccuracy.Themethodologicalvalidationresultsshowedthat there was a good linear relationship between the absorbance（Y）and the concentration（ X ）ofphellodendrine hydrochloride inthe range of 12.345 -32.919 μg/mL .The precision，stability and reproducibility were all good，and the average recovery rate was 99.97% .Conclusion Themethodis simple，accurateandreproducible.Thequalitystandardof Ziling Tongfeng Capsules inthis studyisscientific，reasonable，stable and feasible.
