Abstract：Dizziness isacommonsymptominpediatricclinicalpractice.Thekeytodiferentiatingthediseaseistheabseceof rotationofoneseforthesuroundingevironent，andthereisnoprimarydiseaserorganiclesionItnedstobedistingusedfrom vertigo.WangLinbelievesthatdizznessinchildrenismainlyatributedtothespleenandstomach“Dysfunctionofthespleenin transportation”isnipoantbsisfortheosetofdznessincdren，“dishaonyoftepivtofthespenandstomac”iste fundamentalpathogenesisofdiziessinchildrenand“failureoflearyangtoasced”isthedirectcauseofdizinessinildren. Therefore，regulatingthepivotofthespleenandstomachisthekeytotreatingdizinessinchildren.Combiningwiththebasicoryof traditionalChinesemedicine，thisarticleexplorestheetiology，pathogenesis，linicalcharacteristics，syndromediferentiationand treatmentofdizzinessinchildrenfromthetheoreticalconotationof“thespleenandstomachasthepivotofascendinganddescending" andthe physiologicalcharacteristicsofthespleenandstomach.Italsoproposescorespondingtreatmentmethodsandprescriptions， providingnewideasforthesyndromediferentiationandtreatmentofdizinssinchildrenfromtheperspectiveof“regulatinghepivot of the spleen and stomach".
