Abstract:Inalusion totheproblemsof single-opencircuitand double-opencircuit faultsof power tubes in thegrid-side converterof permanentmagnetsynchronouswind generator,a diagnosismethod combining multivariatevariational mode decomposition(MVMD)andcross-correlation time-frequencydomainfeaturesisproposed.Thethre-phasemidpointvoltageof thegrid-sideconverteriscoletedasteoriginaldata.Thethre-phasemidpointvoltageistakenasthethre-chaelputdata ofMVMDandisdecomposed,toobtainseverallayersofintrinsicmodefunctions (IMF).Bycalculatingthemutualcelaion betweentheoriginalsignaldataandtheIMFfunctionofeachlayer,theIMFthatcanbestreflectthefeaturesandtrendsof the originalsignalisselected,andthenitsaverageenvelopeandtheoriginaldataareextractedintimedomainandfrequency domain.Theobtained featuresareinputintothebidirectionallongshorttermmemory(BiLSTM)networkforthe training, realizingthelocationofthefaultpowertube.Theexperimentalresultsshowthattheproposedmethodcanefectivelyidentifyand classify 22 states of the grid-side converter,and the accuracy of testing set can reach 99.55% :
