Research on temperature compensation method of high precision current sensor

Abstract:The magneticfieldsensing element used in Hallcurentsensors isasemiconductordevice,and theresistivity, mobility,andcarierconcentrationofsemiconductormaterialsaretemperature-dependent.Ileadstovariationsinparameters suchasHallvoltage,sensitivitycoefiient,ndinteralresistancewithtemperature,therebyaffctingthemeasurementauracy ofthesensor.Inordertosolvethisproblem,theparaleltemperaturecompensationmethodisusedtofullycompensatethelow ordertermsoftemperaturechanges,butintroduceerorsintheigordertermsoftemperaturechanges,hichisaincomplete compensationandnot suitableforworkingenvironmentswithlargetemperaturechanges.Basedontheabovecompensation method,afeedback temperaturecompensationapproachisproposed,whichmultipliesthecompensatedoutputvoltagewiththe temperaturecompensationoutputsignal,andthensumstheproductwiththeoutputsignaloftheHalllementtofurtheriprove thetemperatuecharacteristicsoftheHallelementandenhancetheadaptabilityof theHallcurrntsensortotheenvironmnt. Thesimulationandexperimentalresultsshowthatthefeedback temperaturecompensationmethodcaneliminatetheimpactof temperaturevariationsonHall elementparameters,therebyimproving themeasurementacuracyoftheHallcurrentsensorand controlling the sensor's accuracy within 0.4%

霍尔电流传感器是基于霍尔效应进行电流检测的一种传感器,其中的霍尔元件属于一种半导体器件,其灵敏度会随着温度的变化而产生漂移,影响霍尔电流传感器的电流检测精度及温度稳定性[1-3]。(剩余6956字)
