Abstract:In viewof theinstabilityof energysupplyandabnormal networkoperationinmobilecommunicationtransmission networksunderthebackgroundofnewenergyaccess,acontrolmethodformobilecommunication transmisionnetworksunder newenergyaccessisproposed.Themobilecommunication transmissionnetwork informationtransmissioncontrolmodelbasedon energycollborationisusedtocollctenergybyhybridenergycollectionsystem.Theobjectivefunctionsaretomaximize information transmissionrate,andminimizeenergylossandpolutantemissions,ensuringsuccessfulcommunicationbetween celularsystemsandD2Dusers.Inordertoavoid interferencebetweencelularsystemsandD2Dusers inmobilecommunication transmisionnetworks,the Gale-Shapleyalgorithm isused topreprocesstheD2Dcommunicationresourcesofcellarsystems, achieveinterferencecontrolbetweencelularsystemsandD2Dusers,andrealizeeficientandhigh-qualitytransmisionin mobilecommunicationnetworksundernewenergyaccess.Theexperimental resultsshowthattheproposedmethodhasagood energycollctioneffect,canefectivelychevethegoalsofmaximizinginformationtransmisionrate,andminimizingegyloss and polutant emissions.Inadition,the methodcanavoidinterference betweecellularsystemsandD2Dusers inthenetwork. To sum up,it has excellent control efects on mobile communication transmission networks.
